Slow tests, courage and zombie driven development

When I was going over my old posts from January 2009 I had a flashback of how I for a while aimed at posting something every other day. Today I must say quality may have suffered from that and I apologize... So here are the highlights...

Slow unit tests are bad. interestingly enough slow unit tests is typically not because the test is badly written but because the implementation is bad  forcing you to test things in a clumsy slow way. I still see this from time to time.

And I still think courage is one of the most forgotten XP values when teams try to be agile.

Since the link is broken in the original post I figured I'll find the new correct link and amuse you with a list of different driven design/devlopment practices; Zombie DD, Interupt DD. What is your favorite from that list?
